The selected candidate is responsible for:
- Organization of staff training
- Resolving customer complaints
- Delegate their duties to sales workers
- Preparing sales and trade reports
- Manage and maintain inventory
- Supervising retail salespersons and sales clerks
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
- Arrange for worker training.
- Addressing supply shortages
